Associate role at one of Consulting Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Firms” and an opportunity to collaborate with teams on a variety of transaction advisory projects for private equity investors.
TriVista is a global consulting firm, focused on operations and supply chain strategy, and implementation. We’re comprised of results-oriented professionals with significant industry and consulting experience that specialize in serving mid-market private equity firms, and manufacturing and distribution companies in the industrial and consumer product segments.
We currently have a great opportunity for an individual to collaborate with other members of the team on a variety of projects. Due Diligence projects usually take 3-4 weeks, and incorporate data room analysis, site visits and report generation, leading up to report-out telecons with the Client.
Operational projects can encompass Lean and Six Sigma manufacturing, product quality, supply chain, new product development or engineering in the form of a diagnostic, or implementation. Associates interface with Clients on site, and may be required to travel up to 75% of the time.
In addition, Associates assist staff with a variety of internal operational activities including; development of training material, white papers, research, logistics and analysis support for projects.
Our Operational Due Diligence practice provides private equity investors, operating partners and lenders with operations and supply chain expertise, on M&A Transactions in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. We help investors understand current state operating performance and identify opportunities to improve value with our proprietary Quality of Operations® Due Diligence offering. Known for our industry and functional expertise, we’ve supported over 500 M&A transactions globally, working with more than 130 private equity firms.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum, Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an engineering discipline
Lean Six Sigma Certification – TriVista is willing to provide Black Belt training for candidates with required work experience
Three to five years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution center or industrial environment
