Primary Role is to ensure that operation departments are running in a sustainable manner. They will work with management at all facilities to ensure compliance and quality. They will work to continuously improve operational systems, processes and policies.
Develop plans for improving production, quality and efficiency by regularly reviewing work flows, procedures, systems and performance and assessing needs for additional investment
Manage a diverse workforce consisting of multiple teams in support of departmental management.
Manage and oversee all facility activities including but not limited to, 24/7 response team, grounds maintenance, vendor management, equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance, environmental controls and reporting, and safety.
Leverage constructive relationships with Customer Experience to promote transparency and effectiveness in cross-departmental communication to ensure a quality and timely deliverable to customers
Create and analyze internal and external procedures to ensure compliance with customer’s regulatory obligations.
Ensure that functions are aligned with company strategies and goals for each department reporting through Internal Operations or Materials Management. Create, establish and routinely monitor performance measurements for each of these departments, including profitability and other financial goals
