This is a highly visible role within a critical facility for the organization responsible for managing a team of maintenance techs and supervisors.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading central maintenance, facilities, utilities, water treatment and spare parts.


You will work to improve preventative and predictive maintenance programs, manage the CMMS system and lead several large capital projects. 
Improving OEE while maintaining a safe working environment will be the critical success factors for this role.

Location:  WI – in an area known for great outdoor activities (golf, fishing, hunting, water sports – on the lake!) and reasonable cost of living. 

To be successful in this critical role:
You must be a driven manufacturing leader with the ability to engage the staff and drive continuous improvement in maintenance while maintaining excellent plant safety. 
  • A high level of experience leading maintenance & facilities with proven capabilities in leadership, PM programs, safety and the ability to manage multiple projects. 
  • Experience with plastic manufacturing preferred, but not required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
