We are working Exclusively with a Commercial Construction Company that's located in Fort Worth. They are searching for their next President to oversee and build their construction business.

They desire to hire someone who is currently a President or Vice President of a profitable commercial construction company with revenues over $50M+.
Their construction business specializes in building multi family apartment complexes, mixed use, retail, warehouses, fire departments, recreation centers, as well as building college dorms.

They are anticipating to find someone who is willing and eager to be hands on by mentoring and building exceptional teams, set policies and procedures, building relationships within the company as well as cultivating and building relationships with new clients.


Responsibilities Include
  • Direct and/or coordinate company’s financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments and increase efficiency.
  • Confer with board members, company officials and/or staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities and/or resolve problems.
  • Analyze operations to evaluate performance of the company and its staff in meeting objectives and to ensure continuing operations and to increase productivity. 
  • Appoint department heads and/or managers and assign and/or delegate responsibilities to them.
  • Direct or coordinate activities of business or departments concerned with production, sales or distribution of products or services.
  • Review reports submitted by staff members to recommend approval or to suggest changes.
Education and Preferred Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in construction or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years working in the commercial construction industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of running a construction company, such as the administrative, operational, sales, delegation of duties, estimating, accounting/bookkeeping functions and superintendent field work.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience required
