VP of Due Diligence at Operational Management Consulting Firm
In the Due Diligence Practice, Vice Presidents lead teams that support the scoping and delivery of due diligence projects for Private Equity clients. Across the broader consultancy Practices, Vice Presidents architect, scope, lead and deliver large and small client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for client organizations with a focus on Strategy, Operations improvement and Supplier development.
Vice Presidents are experienced manufacturing, operations and/or supply chain professionals and have had extensive exposure to many of the following areas: facility rationalization, new product ramp-up, make/buy analysis, increasing throughput, improving delivery performance, bottleneck and capacity management, cost baselines, target costing, should be costing, value stream analysis, and lean manufacturing. Vice Presidents serve a critical role in the organization, providing project execution, and project oversight and leadership while interfacing with clients that include Private Equity Investors, Boards of Directors and Corporate level Executive team members.

The ideal candidate will have:
20 years of relevant industry experience and extensive exposure to industry best practices. M&A experience preferred.
Consumer Products Experience Required
Strong Operations Background with relevant consultancy experience preferred - boutique consulting firm or larger consulting firm experience
Significant experience as a member of the senior management team responsible for business strategy and P&L
Demonstrated history and experience in operations improvement in areas such as increasing throughput, improving delivery performance, reducing scrap and rework, implementing bottleneck and capacity management
Demonstrated history and experience in new product start-ups including the establishment of new production lines and new processes
Significant understanding of Operational income statement and balance sheet, along with standard costing systems
Regular presentations to Board or Divisional and Corporate HQ level management
Global management experience including significant Asia-Pacific exposure
Fortune 500-grade process experience in lean six sigma, or similar
Business development leadership with regular presentations to senior customer management
